The Coaching Mindset Experience helps leaders move from problem-solving and directing to curiosity, partnership, and intentional development. Through three interactive workshops, executive coaching, and small-group coaching cohorts, leaders build a shared language and practical skills for stronger communication, trust, accountability, and alignment.
This experience includes a series of coaching-focused workshops, group coaching cohorts, and one-on-one executive coaching. The Train-the-Trainer Experience equips select leaders, HR partners, and internal facilitators to design and deliver high-impact learning experiences with confidence, consistency, and purpose. Grounded in experiential learning, this program builds facilitation capability while helping participants develop their presence, adapt to group dynamics, and create environments where meaningful dialogue and reflection can happen.
Through a practical facilitation framework, participants learn how to plan, lead, and debrief engaging sessions that support adult learning, psychological safety, and real-world application. The experience also strengthens skills in navigating difficult conversations, keeping discussions focused, guiding teams toward alignment, and translating learning into action. Ultimately, this program helps organizations build internal capacity to sustain learning and development long after the initial experience.

Item dThe High-Performing Teams Experience is an interactive workshop designed to help leaders strengthen culture, trust, communication, and team performance. Using a blend of small-group and large-group activities, participants explore proven team development frameworks, including The 6 Types of Working Genius, The Truth About Employee Engagement, and The Five Dysfunctions of a Team, to better understand how individuals and teams work best together and contribute to a healthy, high-performing culture.
Through experiential facilitation, participants identify natural working strengths, team gaps, engagement drivers, and practical ways to improve alignment, accountability, and cultural clarity. The experience includes Working Genius assessments, a participant workbook, and dedicated time for teams to connect, reflect, and develop strategies they can apply immediately in their roles and across the organization.
